The Case of Pierre Fabre and Blue Voice The award stands as a strong mark of credibility and thought leadership in the collective fields of digital experience, employee experience, and workplace innovation. It came together as the result of our work to create “Blue Voice” for Pierre Fabre, a communication platform that has united the company around a common source of content and news. Blue Voice came about as an answer to a problem. As a large, global company, Pierre Fabre employs nearly 10,000 people in 43 subsidiaries, marketing medicines, family health products, and dermo-cosmetics. However, with thousands of employees spread across various geographical locations—including factory workers and medical representatives—the company needed an efficient, engaging system to reach its entire workforce. Many frontline employees were disconnected from the company’s traditional communication tools, which were not suited for deskless workers. An Innovative Solution to a Complex Problem Here at Sociabble, we worked closely with Pierre Fabre to create a tailored, mobile-first platform called Blue Voice, which addressed their key communication challenges by offering a centralized hub for all internal communications. This platform was designed to be user-friendly, highly engaging, and accessible to all employees, regardless of their role or location. A Win, Any Way You Look at It. The results of the Blue Voice initiative were tangible and immediate. By creating a mobile-first, engaging, and multilingual platform, Sociabble helped the company connect its global workforce, streamline communication, and foster greater employee engagement across the entire organization. In fact, on March 31, 2021, the platform even saved internal communications at the company during a cyber-attack; when the other systems went down, Sociabble’s security proved ironclad, enabling leadership to stay connected and provide crucial updates to the entire workforce.
